Below is a list of services and evaluations that I provide:

VAWA (I-360)Evaluations

Support immigration cases for those applying under the Violence Against Women’s Act by documenting the psychological impacts of trauma and abuse.

U&T Visa (I-918 & 914) Evaluations

Assessing the emotional and mental health impacts of qualifying crimes and strengthening your case for immigration relief.

Asylum (I-589) Evaluations

Assessing the psychological impacts of persecution you may have faced to support your case for immigration relief.

Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42B) Evaluations

Documenting the psychological impacts of a deportation on qualifying family members to support applications for cancellation of removal.

Hardship (I-601A) Evaluations

Evaluating the potential emotional and mental hardships of a deportation on qualifying family members.

*My fee is $1200 per evaluation. This includes two interviews, each about 60-90 minutes in duration, as well as the written report (about 10-15 pages). After your interviews, it takes about 2-3 weeks to draft the evaluation which is then sent directly to your attorney. For expedited reports that are needed in the same week, there is a $300 fee.
