Yes, we offer virtual therapy sessions for clients across New Jersey, as well as in-person appointments at our office in Nutley, NJ. Whether you're seeking support from the comfort of home or prefer face-to-face care, we provide flexible, secure options to meet your needs. Our online counseling services are HIPAA-compliant and designed to be both accessible and culturally attuned.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are currently in network with Aetna. We encourage you to contact your insurance company and verify your mental health benefits. Many clients have out-of-network benefits, which may allow your insurance to reimburse a portion of your therapy costs. You can verify your coverage directly with your insurance carrier.
If you have questions about how to use your out-of-network benefits, we are happy to walk you through the process. We also offer courtesy billing to help simplify reimbursement.

We’ll also review scheduling options, fees, and any required paperwork. This is a great time to ask questions about our approach, specialties, or how we support clients through virtual or in-person sessions in Northern New Jersey. Our goal is to make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident moving forward.
What happens during my first therapy session?
During your first therapy session we will begin exploring your needs, goals, and strengths. You and your therapist will discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, gather relevant background information, and begin identifying the areas you’d like to focus on. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive foundation for your healing journey.
